Ottawa Street Car 108 was manufactured by the Ottawa Electric Street Railway (OESR).  The OESR manufactured 1700 street cars until 1949. With the industrialization and progress of technology, Ottawa switched to motorized buses and evenutally to Light Rail Transit (LRT).
